Business Policy
We are a small company that will give you the time you need to get your questions answered, low prices and the products you need delivered and warranted. You will contact real people. Our business hours are formally M-F 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., PST, but we often answer calls after those hours and on weekends. If you miss us, just leave your phone/fax or email address and we will get back to you ASAP. We do not and will not ever sell our customer lists to anyone. Clay Stouffer

Warranty There is a 1 year limited warranty on parts and a 90 day warranty on labor for all Next Link Communications products. Any problem should first be brought to the attention of Special Products Company, LLC by calling 1-800-260-6407. If the problem cannot be resolved by telephone, ask for a Return Authorization number (RMA#) prior to returning the unit for service. Units returned without prior authorization by Special Products Company will be returned unserviced. Warranty is valid only for equipment that has been used as directed and that has not been altered or damaged. Shipment to Special Products Company, LLC is paid by the customer. Shipment back to the customer is paid by Special Products Company, LLC except for shipments outside of North America where the customer pays for shipment both ways. Products should be insured when shipping. It is best to ship in original shipping packaging.
Limited Satisfaction Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a Next Link Communications product you have purchased on a demonstration basis from us within 30 days of the date shown on the invoice that was shipped with the product and the product has not been marred, damaged or misused, is returned in its undamaged original package and it proves to be in normal operating condition upon return to us, we will accept the returned product if you are willing to pay a 20% restocking fee on the price of the unit(s) (10% for documented non-profit organizations). If the products are not purchased for demonstration purposes (1 or 2 units only) there is no return policy. These units will be covered by the Warranty Policy shown above.
Be sure to get an RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization #) from us before returning the videophone to us.
Payment: Within the U.S.A.: Visa and Mastercard are accepted credit cards with banks in the U.S.A. We also accept wire transfers (T/T) to our company bank account. We do NOT accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks. We do not accept Discover or American Express credit cards. Personal checks are accepted against U.S.A. banks, but must clear before shipment. Overseas Orders: Payment to be made through bank wire transfers to the Special Products Company, LLC account. Click here to contact us for assistance.
